Program Details

FORMAT

This two-week program is a blend of on-demand video lessons, a private online group forum for peer support along with interactive ZOOM sessions.

 

You'll receive:

  1. A process rooted in the science of breaking habits

  2. A Workbook to develop a daily practice - about 10 minutes/day

  3. Peer support and 1on1 coaching from JoAnn

Access your program when it suits you best. In between the Sessions, you'll have daily exercises to develop stronger verbal habits that better serve.

By the end of the program, you will speak more assertively and confidently because you will have broken the habit of self-diminishing language.

SUPPORT

You will connect with others on a similar journey. Together, you will get stronger and increase your comfort in expressing yourself more confidently in this private online space devoted to our battle. 

Discussions are only for those doing battle and JoAnn oversees the experience and helps you stay on track with numerous personal touch points along the way.
